Ryd Cook is a filmmaker based in Cambridgeshire.
He specialises in 3 main areas;
Short Film - Ryd Directs Drama, Comedy and Documentary films. His films are generally about people, experiences and life. Ryd likes to keep his short films simple and likes working with low budgets. He has a keen interest in making realistic films, but also has a taste for surreal film-making.
Music Videos - Ryd shoots and edits both experimental and performance music videos. He has made music videos for bands, singer song writers and DJs.
Live Videos - Ryd has made many live videos for a range of artists. The last of which had 3 camera set ups.
Ryd has experience in most areas of film-making, doing almost everything from shooting to editing in most of his own work. For bigger projects Ryd concentrates on Directing. He has worked on other people's projects in roles such as; Assistant Director, Cameraman, Editor and has even done some acting.
